1998 Chevy Truck Engine won't start

The starter went out and after replacing it the engine turns over fine but won't start. I have fire at the plugs and good fuel preasure.

Did you determine the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge or just the thumb or eyeball method if it is, its not gonna work-you need to check it with the gauge, also valve and ignition timing could be off-Injector/s might not be pulsing.
