1996 Chevy Truck Rear Brakes grab

When my brakes are wet the rear brakes are extremely touchy and will lock up very easly. The ABS does release them and once they warm up they operate normally. I notice it alot after I launch my Seadoo's and the rear brakes are wet, when I barely touch the brakes they lock up!

remove rear wheels and remove drums, you will probably find your axle seals are leaking, causing gear oil to get on the brake shoes causing them to grab.
