Brakes problem

this vehicle has severely worn out front brakes and rotor to the point that it wore through the rotor there is fluid leaking now is it possible for fluid to leak out of caliper if it comes out to far because of the wear on pads and rotor or is it possible that when its compressed back the leaking will stop thanks for your help
