Hello I am inquiring about how to replace the transfer care actuator on my truck. It is a 1994 Chevy K3500 series diesel, 4wd duellie. Any help you can provide will be appreciated.

The transfer case is shifter through the shifter handle, there is no actuator. 94 was mechanical. Are you talking about the front differential actuator?

Yes My truck will not go into 4wd when it was going into 4wd there would be an indicator light next to shifter indicating it went into 4wd. Now it is not.

Most likely the problem is the electric actuator on the front differential(very very common) you can put transfercase in 4wd and then use a test light on the front diff actuatoir and see if there is power and ground at the actuator and if there is then replace the front differential actuator. It just unscrews with a huge wrench or pair of big pliers. Very easy job
