1994 Chevy Lumina Euro 3.1 running problem

It will start and run about 15 or 20 minutes after it warms up then dies and wont restart,it will crank but wont start when you crank it,it backfires sometimes.If we wait a few hours it will start back up but a repeat on what it does.We changed the crank sensor but wouldnt help.Can you please help us on this??

Check the fuel pressure when it dies, sounds like you have a fuel pump that is going out.

We took unloosened the fuel line that's at the fuel filter there's alot of gas shoots through it when you turn the key on.When we changed the crank sensor it wont even start now it just cranks.

I have a 93 lumina doin the same thing. if you can hook a computer to your diagnostic port under the steering column see what voltage you fuel pump is receiving and also see what codes you trow, i got a new computer for mine and am tryin it tomorrow but if you have the fuel pump getting 25.5-25.7 volts we are in the same boat and i will let you know if this $40 part off ebay fixes it (ECU)
