Been having a problem with my 1993 Chevy truck. It is 4wd, with a 5.7L engine. Sometimes the truck won't start, and sometimes it does. It is random. It may go a couple of weeks starting, then not start one day. Usually after stting a while, it will start. It then may go for another few weeks, then the same problem. Last time it didn't start, it set until the next day and started right up. I have replaced plugs, distributor cap, and fuel filter. It started for a few days after this, then one morning nothing. Just wondering what the problem could be. I can hear the fuel pump running everytime. Any suggestions?

Is your check engine light on with the key on when it will not start. Check female terminals at crank sensor and distributor see if they are spread open. Does it ever die on you?
