1993 Chevy Truck V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic
The truck i have when i start it in the morning i can smell fuel and it fluters in gear you can see i surge in the tac and alt gauge. Also my exhaust comes out befor my tire and when i drive down the high way my rim and tailpipes are black and i have replaced the 02 sensor and it got harder on fuel what could it be ?

How long since a tune-up? Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Any applicable trouble codes?
