My truck will start everytime cold I can hear the fuel pump wind up. Sometimes I will turn the key on usually after it has ran and warmed up it will not restart when it does this I can not hear the fuel pum, p winding up. It has a new fuel pump and a new relay and I checked the grounding help me if you can
