When the truck is setting like at a red light it starts to bogg down. When im going it starts to do the same around 50 mph. Do you know what this could be or what I can do to fix it somewhat cheeply?

211,000 miles on the engine you say?

Does this happen when the engien is warm? Cold? Doesnt matter?

Get back to me so I can start to help you figure what is wrong with it.
