I have a 1991 blazer 4x4 with the 4.3 motor. I have replaced the battery, cables, and alternator. The car starts fine, idles just fine, but when ANY electrical is turned on i.E, wipers, blinkers, etc, there is hardly any power to run them. And as soon as I put the car in drive or reverse, the engine dies out like there is no power at all. Could this be a ground issue with the alternator or the battery? Thanks for your help

You have a ground problem. Check the ground from the engine to the frame.(Remove and clean) do the same with the engine to body ground as well as the engine to battery ground. Let me know
