1991 Chevrolet Cavalier RS Fuses Question

I have a 1991 Chevrolet Cavalier RS and my horn no longer works. I tried to look for a fuse box underneath the dashboard but there was none for the horn. I also tried to look inside of the engine but there was none there either.

I was wondering if anyone knew where the Fuse Box that contains the Fuse for the Horn is?

I'd appreciate any help because the car needs to go for an inspection soon and it won't pass if the horn doesn't work.

Thanks

Does your dome light still work as well, or is it just the horn?

Check the CTSY Fuse it should be a 20a fuse. See if that is blown. There should be a blck wire running from the steering column to the horn relay, then an orange wire running to the fuse block which leads the ctsy. Let me know how that looks
