1991 Chevrolet Blazer has a tick

I built a 383 stroker. It runs great. The problem is that it has a tick in the passanger head it sounds like a lifter we have adjusted them but the noise dont change. It has a rv cam in it. We checked if it was oiling, if a push rod was bent. And everything else I can think of

Might be a sticky valve in the guide

If it was a sticky valve wouldnt it change when we adjusted it

I would check the lifters. It could be insuficent oil to them which is why adjustments aren't working.

I figured out the problem the hypertech pistons were hitting on the spark plug bosses just barely. Thanks for all the help
