I have checked the door and it is open. Also have replaced the heater core, thermostat, waterpump. It does not run hot, but I was wondering if the radaitor could be blocking some of the water flow or something

Flushing your heater hoses would be a good place to start. Also possibly install a higher temp thermostat. A 195F as opposed to a 180 or 160 will make a noticeable difference.
