I have a 1988 Chevy pickup, C1500 305L engine with 215,000 miles. Accelerator is pressed to the floor while driving, cannot get passed 20 to 30 mph. Changed the following items based on measurements and code and sensor readings

Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
