My truck will run well once warmed up but it takes about 30 minutes to warm up. I leave it idle with the choke full out or it will stall. Also I lugs some when the throttle is fully pressed.

It sounds like you have a manual choke. How far closed does it go when you close it from the truck? Also, the chugging sounds like a choke problem too. It sounds like it's clossing too much.
