09/94 Chevy S-10 p/u falls on face at normal oper. Temp

I have a 09/94 chevy s10 p/u with 146111.4miles, ext. Cab, 2wd, v-6 4.3 engine. Vin num.1gccs19z5s8124171. I have replaced the spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributer cap, rotor, fuel filter, air filter, and pvc valve. When the truck is first started and cold she runs like a champ. Then when it gets to normal operating temp. It falls on it face every time you go to give it gas. It will choke for about 10-20 secs then recovers and runs rather well.
