I am having trouble with my trailblazer not starting. Engine light came on a week ago but was driving fine then one morning it did not start. The battery and alt. was checked and tested to be working fine. The vehicle was jump started and did drive but once ignition turned off the vehicle would not start on its own. Lights and radio did not turn on immediately but after 5 sec did turn on but at a dim. Can anyone tell me what to do?

Hi lgonzales609 and TY for the donation The battery and alt. was checked and tested to be working fine. Why did it need jump starting -unless you have a short somewhere draining up the battery.

but once ignition turned off the vehicle would not start on its own. Lights and radio did not turn on immediately but after 5 sec did turn on but at a dim. Won't start on its own-meaning it cranks and will not start or just won't crank at all/nothing I recommend you have the battery and alternator recheck/load tested to include checking the ignition switch.
