My 2002 Chevy Trailblazer is having a major issue turning right but does not when turning left. It takes 2 hands to turn right and makes a wheezing noise. Could I have some advice on what it may be?

Sounds like a steering gear problem. There is a steering gear valve assy that enables steering effort reduction when the wheel is turned. Fluid is shifted from one chamber to the other.

This needs to get the pressure checked in the line to narrow down and verify the pressure is not occuring in the system.

I had the power steering flushed and now it seems to be working just fine.

Cool, saved some diagnostic costs. Most often folks don't get lucky doing maintenance when it appears too late.
