Hi all, I have a 1996 4x4 s10 blazer and it will not start. It cranks and everything but it will not startup. It all started when I ran out of gas, I added a couple of gallons and after many tries the car started. Then after sometime of use, it will not start at all. I just replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter (which was very clogged) and have like 56 psi on the valve now, but it won't start yet. I tried pouring some gas directly over the air plenum and it starts right away and keeps iddling while that amount of gas lasts. That makes me think that gas is not getting from the lines to the engine. What could be wrong in there ? CFI Injectors, fuel pressure regulator, ecm ????? Any guesses ? Thank you.

It is ran by the timing belt and the timing belt is behind the black or gray cover on the side that your drive belts are on. I recommend you have a mechanic change it if you never changed a timing belt before because if the timing marks are not set exactly right you can bend the valves and that can be costly.
