1999 Chevy Tahoe V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I recently drained and flushed the cooling system in my tahoe . I also replaced the intake manifold gasket due to coolant in the oil pan . Since then everything seems to be fine except I have a gurgling coming from the heater core . Any ideas ?
