1999 Chevy Tahoe Battery goes dead overnight

My vehicle is in great shape with a new motor just put in and runs great. The problem is, if the car sits overnight it won't start. The battery is charged, but it won't even crank. After it is jumped it runs great until it sits overnight. What to do first?

I need you to check if there is a draw on the battery all of the time.
