1997 Chevy Tahoe Tune Up or What!

My truck shakes very badly. I had my fuel pump go four times but the first time it went my husband left the tank down on the ground open and dirty got into the tank. I was told that I have a miss fire in cylinder 3 but I have had two tune ups and still it shakes very badly. Can you help me!

I was told that I have a miss fire in cylinder 3 but I have had two tune ups and still it shakes very badly

Misfires can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel
