Welcome to the forum, check the ecm B fuse, underhood electrical center. Not only check the fuse, use a testlite on the fuse circuit, should be hot all the time.

Ecm b fuse and citcuit have power, also checked for spark. I have spark. Is there a fusible link on the fuel pump circuit?

5.7 litre engine? Do you have dual tanks? There should be a fuel pump test connector, underhood, driverside fender lining, toward the rear of relay pack. Red wire with electrical connector, nothing plugged into it. If you use a jumper wire from battery voltage to connector, the pump should run. You should use an inline fuse on the jumper.
