1996 Chevy Tahoe Engine Size unknown Four Wheel Drive Automatic 115236 miles

I am hearing a whistling out of the gas tank and when I go to make a stop after being on the highway or commong to a stop after 50 mph or more the front end wabbles and shakes? What could this be?
