Engine starts hard, and sometimes fails to start. Usually when the outside temp is cool, and there is moisture in the air. Once it has been started, if turned off, it starts right up. The fuel pump, filter, and regulator have been replaced. New wires, plugs, cap and rotor. Fuel pressure is between 55-58 psi. No trouble codes on reader. Any suggestions????
