1996 Chevy Tahoe V8 185000 miles
My chevy tahoe wont turn over. When i get in and turn the key everthing works radio lights etc. bt the panel lights wont come on and the car wont start bt when the panel lights do come on it cranks right up. Now the panel lights wont come on at all and i have a new battery and have checked the cables
