Starter keeps cranking. I bought a new starter and it did the same thing. When replacing it and hooking battery back up, it won't stop cranking with key off.
Any Suggestions??

Either the starter relay is stuck, or the ignition switch needs to go!

Thank you for your response! I purchased the online repair manual and I can't find where these parts are located or how to replace them.

You want to look under steering columns and switches! Not the key! The ignition switch Which is part # 19..itself...This is an involved switch to replace...sterring wheel lock cyl and then switch needs to be removed...
