REPLACED HEATER CORE, THEROMOSTAT, WATER PUMP AND HEATER CHECK VALVE. THREE HOSES GONG INTO CHECK VALVE ARE HOT. HOSE FROM THE WATER PUMP WARM. COULD THERE BE A AIR POCKET WITHIN THE SYSTEM KEEPING HOT AIR FROM INSIDE THE TRUCK? IF SO, HOW DO I GET THE AIR POCKET OUT? COULD IT BE POSSIBLE THAT THE LINE FROM THE WATER PUMP IS BLOCKED? THANKS FOR YOUR HELP IN THIS MATTER, NEED HEAT! MUFFDIVER

I might have an answer for you.
But I have few questions first.

Did this just start? Or did you buy the truck
like this?

When did it start doing this.
You didnt say if the heater fan works
or if you checked to see if its locked up.
Did it used to make a noise once?

Did you replace the Heater dial?
Iv have to replace my heater dial twice in a year.
Comes to find out I need to replace the WHOLE
electrical mount with speed dial, temp dial and the
positional panel its self.

Look into that also.

JUST STARTED WITH NO HEAT. HAD NEW MOTOR PUT IN JUNE 09 BUT, I NEVER THOUGHT TO CHECK TO SEE IF I HAD HEAT THEN. STARTED GETTING COLD HERE IN IOWA AND TRIED THE HEATER, NO HEAT. FAN MOTOR WORKS. NO NOISE. HAVE NOT REPLACED THE DIAL, DIDN'T EVEN THINK OF THAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM. WILL DO MORE CHECKING, THANKS FOR THE IDEA. IF I GET HEAT AFTER THIS WILL SEND IN A DONATION BEING THE SHOP I BEEN GOING TO HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO COME UP WITH ANYTHING NEW. THANKS AGAIN
