When it is cold the second shift(at 30 mph) takes awhile to engage. Once it warms up it is fine. what could the problem be?

There is a Technical bulletin on your tranny for the accumulator valve, debris in valve body, and other issues, the reference number is 01-07-30-030B, Call Chevy and set up an appointment!
