1999 Chevy Suburban won't start

I've got 60 psi. Fuel pressure, and also have spark. Engine is 1 1/2 years old. I can't see fuel going through the throttle body. When we crank the engine the pressure reads 46psi.

Does it run ok when you add ether, gas, brakleen ?
Sounds like injector(s), sorry, but I'm unfamiliar w/ system..

barely starts with ether, ran for about 4 secs.

it was a distributor cap/moisture and green in it thanks.
