1999 Chevy Suburban Heater A/C problem

The air blowes out of the defrost vent. Neither hot or cold. The circulation and A/C buttons do not light up. I checked the fuse and its fine. Any ideas.

Sounds like the AC controler went bad and is set to a default setting. You can try to disconnect it and see if it starts working again, but most likely you will have to replace it.
