I have power on the orange wire at relay, no power at grey wire on relay. I jumped across to grey wire 12v and pump still did not run. Does this mean pump is bad? Why is there not 12v on grey wire?

Jumping the orange wire to gray should cause the fuel pump to come-test the fuel pump

No power at gray wire -check the computer controlled circuit of the fuel pump relay.
