1992 Chevy Suburban No brake lights

1992 Chevy Suburban V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have no brake lights. Tail, turn, and back-up lights work. The bulbs are good. The fuse on the fuse panel is good. Is there supposed to be 2 wires going into the back of the fuse panel for the brake fuse?
