I am working on a 91 suburban 6.2 L diesel. I have a battery drain that takes about 3 days to fully drain the batteries. Also, there are a couple of fuses that keep blowing, the one for the guages and the one for the radio. The voltage regulator is working fine, and the glow plug controller is bad. I can't find the drain anywhere, everything looks OK. If someone could give me an idea where to start looking that would be great.

Thanks,
James M.

i have found on alot of these that the harness on drivers kick panel on the floor under the rug, get wet and a tiny piece of metal can nick the harness causing it to rot out. its usually on the dome light circuit. but there is a bunch of wires that rot out. so lift up drivers floor rug and take a look.
