Hello, did you check the wiring circuits at the fuel pump relay before replacing anything? Ecm B for load side of fuel pump relay and ecm, don't see anything else. How much of a draw is there, the computer memory would draw some. My info says the battery draw shouldn't be more than 30 ma, .030.

When you turn the key on, do you have reference voltage at the TPS or any sensor that uses a reference voltage, whatever is easy to get at? Does the cel come on, when you turn on the key? Can you communicate with the pcm, check for codes? I'm just trying to find out if the computer is awake?

Make sure the battery has a full charge and all connections are lean and tight on both ends.
