1994 Chevy Silverado 2500; 39,000 miles. Recent tune-up, according to previous owner. The truck sometimes shakes on highway acceleration around 45-55 mph. After letting up on the gas and then resuming acceleration, seems to be okay. Truck always has a camper attached, so I never have it in overdrive. Thank you for any help!

Are these the actual miles on the engine and transmission? Do you notice any smoke when this happens? If you have the trans. In drive you may be over reving the engine causing the valves to float. Check the plugs, the plug wire and dist. Cap resistance, and the rotor--just to be sure everything is ok there. You also may have a sticking exaust valve, I can give you a simple test fot this but check everything else out first and let me know.
