Location on EVAP vent solenoid?

I am getting a p0449 engine code evap vent vlv/ sol malf. Every thing I have read says to clean ( blow out sol. )Check plug connection or to change solenoid. My question is where is the solenoid. I have a 32 gallon gas tank. It is an extended cab, long bed

dont bother to blow it out,it dosent fix anything,just replace it.there is an updated kit that relocates the filter.here is the Service Kit P/N 19152349. Check out the images (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

I've been looking underneath my truck but can not find that part , could it be located at back of the fuel tank, I do have something attached to the tank.
( left pic) also where is the charcoal canister located. I can not seem to find it. could it be the picon the right ?

Sorry I should have been a little clearer on my info, the one on the left is the vent solenoid and the one on the right is the charcoal canister. Replace and relocate the vent solenoid.
