Ok do you hear the pump come on at all? If not first check PCM B fuse 20 amp. Then make sure you are getting power to the fuel pump relay from that fuse at all times then make sure that when you turn the key on that you getting power to the relay at the dark green wire with the white stripe with key on. If both have power then replace the fuel pump relay if no power there then check the gray wire at the sending unit for power with key on (turn key off first then back on), if you have dual tanks then this is on the front tank.
