My pickup has started vibrating pretty bad. It has gotten worse over time as well. When i hit a bump, while braking, come up to a red light i get some caliper kick back. I had the driver side wheel bearing replaced last year but i noticed that the inside of my tires on both sides are worn badly on the inside only.

I'm not saying the ball joints or wheel bearings are bad, but it sounds like an alignment problem. Also, have you checked to make sure the tires are properly balanced? Finally, is the tread on the tires cupped or worn in a manner that could cause a vibration?

The inner tire wear is a "tow - in / out" problem. The tires are not facing in the same direction. They are pointing away from each other. As a result, the tires wear as described.

Let me know.
