I have a 2002 Silverado with the 4.3 liter V6 and 89,000 miles on it and it began to have a intermintent high speed miss (65+ mph) replaced the fuel filter and it still was having the same problem. I replaced the cap, rotor and wires with summit racing Volt Max X-treme kit and E3 spark plugs and a hypertech ignition coil and the miss is still happing any suggestions would be great thank you.
