5 days ago I changed the water pump on my 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500. before I changed the water pump the motor ran quiet. when the new pump was on I started the motor there was a loud squeal. the more the truck is driven the louder the squeal gets. I think its coming from the water pump but I'm not sure.
is there a way to tell for sure where the noise is coming from? and if its coming from the water pump is it possible that the its no good?
