My truck has been starting hard the last few days. When I turn the key it cranks for several mins before starting or if I turn the key off while it is cranking and try again it will start right up. If I just turn the key on with out cranking then back off after a few seconds and try to start it, it will start right up. I hooked a friends diagnostic to it and it said no codes everything ok. Any ideas?

That sounds like a passlock module problem. A dealers scan tool will be able to tell if there is an issue with the module or not...The scan tools available to the public are not advanced enough to detect a problem with the security (or passlock) system..

The same thing with me and was fuel pump.It would only be at 30psi when turn key on only instead of 60 psi. It would be ok after started. One day the fuel pump decided to never again go above 30 psi and barely run with slight push of gas pedal.
