My passenger window stopped working I can hear the motor working but the window won't roll down. It goes up but if i hit the down on the switch the window will slide down gradually. I also can't figure out how to get the door apart.

when you push the switch and hear the motor do you hear anything like grinding or crunching? alot of times these window regulators use a small cable to roll the window up and down and sometimes that cable will get tangled and keep the window from working properly. to take the panel off pry the lock out of the panel and there is a 7mm screw behind it also another 7mm screw right under the front of the handle you hold to close door and another 7mm screw on very bottom of door oonce all are out the panel slides straight up and off

Thanks,

Thanks for the info. If the cable split can I just replace the cable or it all comes together?

Thanks again,
