2001 Chevy Silverado low coolant light keeps coming on and

Could this be a sensor because my truck is not right now running hot but I keep checking it to make sure it doesn't run hot. Also I don't get full heat past control 3 or higher.

Hello,

Have you check your coolant overflow tank? That is were your coolant low sensor is. So, if the tank is low on coolant your coolant low light will come on or flash on and off with the movement of the vehicle.
