My husband and son have been trying to fix the left rear tail light and the license plate light to work. They are out of ideas. Do you have any answers?

Checked the fuses and they are good, power at fuse on both sides but no power at the plug at the bed for the left tail light. Took the bed back off to see if wiring was pinched but all is fine. It is between fuse and rear of truck. The fuse panel is confusing at best with a fuse for every light.
