Welcome to the forum, check the circuits at the fuel pump relay, engine cranking. Voltage for the load/switch side of relay, is hot all the time, ecm B fuse. Voltage for the coil side of relay, comes from the pcm, hot all the time during cranking, if there is an rpm signal. Use a digital multimeter to check for voltage.
