Noises problem
1997 Chevy Silverado V8 Four Wheel Drive 110,00 miles

There is a constant valve tap noise when engine running. Oil pump, filter and oil pressure tested ok. Removed the valve covers and found that there is no oil getting to the valves/rockers area. What could prevent oil from getting to valves and rockers. One person suggested the Cam Bearings. Please advise.
