Sitting for a week, temp about 50 degrees. Tried to start, turned over okay, then bogged down sounded like low battery. Put on jump pack turned over now sounded like fighting itself, jumped time?

I guess its possible, but honestly I havent seen one jump time in years. Check for full battery voltage at the starter (big cable and small wire when key in crank position) Sometimes if a battery is totally dead, you cant jump through them. Remove battery and charge it, then have it load tested to be sure it is good
