1991 Chevy Silverado V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I recently swapped out a 350 to a 305 in a 91 silverado. It fired up and ran rich so i changed the injectors to 305 injectors. Wont start now. Has good spark plent of fuel. new distrib cap, plugs, wires, rotor, map sens, o2 sens, coolant sens. Im lost
