Transfer case engages drive line turns but doesnt engage the front end differential

By driveline turning I am assuming you mean the front driveline - right? Do you have automatic or manual locking hubs? Is it push button 4wd or shifter on the floor 4wd?

Yes driveline is truning. Yes shifter is on the floor no swiches and Yes it is a auto- not manual

The FRONT driveline???
Did you test this with the wheels on the ground?
If the FRONT drive shaft is simpley spinning, that does not mean that the transfer case is transferring power to the differential. If the transfer case is engageing, then power IS being transfered to the front differential - via the FRONT drive shaft. You must determine this first before you look at anything else.
